Job Cost Transaction Type Maintenance is used to create and edit Job Cost Transaction Types.

Transaction Types are associated with each line of detail in Job Cost. They explain the type of work and cost associated with the transaction. Typical examples include:
- "REG" and "OT" for pay types.
- "PAVER" or "EXCVTR" for equipment usage
- "PARTS" for repair parts.
Using the Program
This program is a standard File Maintenance Program.
Fields
- Description
- U/M Optional - Can be used for labor (HR), equipment use (HR), materials (TN,YD,EA).
- Rate Optional - Used as a default rate for Transaction Types where quantity is tracked.
