Email Direct Deposit Stubs allows you to email Direct Deposit paystubs directly to employees. The paystubs are password-protected for the employee's privacy.
Using the Program
Initial Setup (Setup tab)
The specific stub form to be used can be selected in the Dir Dep Stub Form dropdown.
Email BCC can be used to send every emailed stub to a secondary email address. This would normally be an internal office email used for verification.
The Email From, Email Subject and Email Body fields all support specific tags that will substitute data for the current check:
Tag | Substituted data |
---|---|
[CompanyName] | Name of the current company |
[EmpName] | Full name of the employee |
[EmailFrom] | Email from address |
[CheckCount] | Count of the number of Direct Deposit stubs |
[CheckDate] | Check Date for the Direct Deposit stub |
[CheckNo] | Check Number for the Direct Deposit stub |
Attachment allows you to select a file to be attached to every stub email.
