About This Program
Automatically create time cards based on settings in Employee Maintenance
Using This Program
- Auto Pay Date: is the default date assigned to each time card.
- Pay Category ID: is the pay type the will be generated.
- Cash G/L Account: the default Cash G/L account for generated time cards.
- Pay Frequency
Time cards will only be generated for employees who have a matching pay frequency configured in Employee Maintenance.
- Pay Type
Time cars will only be generated if the employee has a matching pay type configured in Employee Maintenance.
Process automatic Pay can be run multiple times. This is useful if you need to generate SALary records for salary employees, and REGular records for Hourly employees.
