Dispatch Detailed Yardage Report

The Dispatch Detailed Yardage Report allows the dispatcher to view concrete ticket data from all tickets within the date range specified.

Current Sequence Selections

• Plant No, Customer Id, Job Id
• Customer Id, Job Id
• Plant No, Ticket No
• Ticket No

Current Selection Criteria

• Ticket Date
• Plant No
• Cust Id
• Customer Class
• Product Class

Layout

• The report will subtotal yardage and count loads based on the Sequence selection.
• The report will only show any products where both the product class & unit of measure subtotals are set.

Additional notes:

• Tkt Src (Ticket Source) indicates where the data is coming from. Plt = Plant Ticket, Exp = Exported Tickets, Off = Office Tickets, Inv = Invoiced Tickets.

The Dispatch Detailed Yardage Report uses the Dispatch Ticket History Procedure (DIP_TICKETHISTORY) to generate a report containing data from the Plant Ticket (ARTPTKHD/DT), Office Ticket (ARTTCKHD/DT) and Sales History (ARTSLSHD/DT) tables. This data is merged into a single table. This allows the dispatcher to review historical data.
