Quick Ticket Entry is a useful tool for entering large groups of similar tickets on a grid style screen.

Using the Program

This program is a Batch Entry Program. Follow the link to learn about creating batch IDs, editing existing batches and recurring batches.

System Options

Quick Ticket Entry can be configured to support Recurring Batches. This options can be useful where similar tickets are repeated on a periodic basis. By default this options is turned off.
