Using This Program
- Tare Weight: Can be either manually entered, or come from the Ticket Printing system.
- Last Tared: The date the last tare weight was measured for this truck.
- Legal Max: The legal maximum weight allowed for aggregate Ticket Printing.
- Home Plant: The base plant of the truck.
- Truck Class: The type of truck being used. Examples include Front/Rear Discharge Cement Mixers.
- Customer ID: Limits ticket printing to using this truck only for this customer.
- Owner ID: Owner of the truck, useful for reporting when third party payments are due.
- Default Driver: The driver assigned to this truck.
- Inc. on Reports: Can be used to limit this truck from printing on some reports.
- Internal: A truck used for internal use only. This truck is usually excluded from reports.
- In Service: Used by dispatch to determine if the truck is available for work.
- Truck Capacity: Maximum volume of concrete to be used when dispatching.
Vehicle Info Tab
These fields are used to keep track of Truck Maintenance and general information about the vehicle.
- VIN No: The Vehicle Identification Number of the vehicle.
- Make: Manufacturer of the vehicle.
- Model: Model of vehicle created by the Manufacturer.
- Year: The year the vehicle was manufactured.
- Exp. Date: Date of License plate expatriation.
- Plate No: The vehicle's License plate number.
GPS Tab
Here you can see the GPS history for a truck. The most recent transactions appear first.
- Map Symbol: Icon used on the GPS maps. The map symbol allows you to easily distinguish what type of vehicle is on the map. In addition to a variety of colors you can also change the type of vehicle such as Front/Rear Discharge Cement Mixers, Dump Trucks, and Company Service Vehicles.
- Unit ID: The ID setup by a GPS or signalling device.

This area can be used for any additional information about the truck.
