Adjust Employee Balances creates adjusting transactions for employee payroll hisory.


  • Tranasction Date: All adjusments will be made on this date. It is essential to select the correct date to properly update employee information.
  • Create G/L Transactions: When checked, will trigger the generartion of g/l transactions based on the adjustment transactions. This requires that all transactions create a balanced entry.
  • MTD,QTD,YTD: Information fields showing the definition amounts prior to adjustment.
  • Adjustment: This is the amount that will be used for all adusting transactions.

Using the Program

Select the employee to be adjusted. After setting the Transaction Date, the MTD,QTD and YTD colums will reflect the up to corresponding values. Determine if you wish to have g/l transactions created.

Enter adjustment amounts for each definition you wish to adjust. When confident that all values are correct hit OK. The adjustment amounts will be reflected in MTD,QTD and YTD collumns.
