About This Program
Dispatch Beginning of Day should be run once each morning to optimize the system for a new day of operations. Steps include: - Option to treat all trucks as returned - Cleaning up outstanding orders
Using This Program
Only one user throughout the whole system needs to run this. If a second user attempts to run this, they are given an error message, and return to the menu with no additional processing.
Options: Load Office Data: only shows for remote disptaching systems. It allows you to apply the lastes office data, including customers, products, jobs and prices. Return All Trucks: Will automatically treat all trucks as having a returned status. This is useful in cases where a truck was not "returned" in the prior day's business. In 24 hour operations, it may be necassary to skip this step.
