About This Program
Ticket Maintenance is used to enter and maintain unbilled tickets. Tickets can be added, edited or deleted up until the point where they are invoiced.
Using This Program
Key Fields
- Job ID: The Job ID field can be used to show priced and unpriced jobs. In the dropdown jobs are indicateds as:
- $: Priced Job
- I: Job Name from a previous Invoice
- T: Job Name from a prevous Ticket
Key Detail Fields
- Product ID: The product ID will be filtered to the selected Plant. A $ in the dropdown indicates products from a Job.
- Description: The description field comes from the product. It can be manually edited.
Tips and Tricks
- F7 can be used to jump from section to section.
- Add on the Fly: You can add many items on the fly such as Trucks and Drivers.
- Several fields support Drill-Down Editing. Double click fields such as Truck No and Tax Authority to edit the underlying data.
