J/C Job Maintenance is used to create and edit Job Cost Jobs.
Features
- Maintain and establish budget quantities and costs as well as percent complete for each budget category/expense type.
 - Link Job Cost jobs to A/R and billing Jobs.
 
Using the Program
This program is a Standard Maintenance Program with a special detail grid.
Budget
The Budget grid is used to establish a budget by Budget Category and a Transaction Type.
Budget Detail:
- Budget Category
 - Transaction Type
 - Budget Quantity (optional)
 - Rate (defaults from Transaction Type)
 - Budget Amount
 - U/M (defaults from Transaction Type)
 - % Complete
 
A/R Job
Select a Customer/Job to link a Job Cost job to an A/R and billing Job. Once this link is established, the system will be able to track and report actual billed amounts to costs from the job cost system.
